职位描述/Job Description

税务协调员的职责是正确计算应交的国家及地方税收, 并及时向税务局申报. 协调公司与税务部门的关系, 解决公司的税务问题，并作为税务专家就所有税务事务为公司提供咨询意见。

The Tax Coordinator reports to the Accounting Manager. He / She is responsible for calculating the state and local taxies accurately, reporting to the tax authorities in time. Also is responsible for coordinating the relationship between the company and the tax authorities, and resolving the companies’ taxation issues, serve as a tax expert to provide consultant to the Company on all tax matters.

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

l按月整理取得的增值税专用发票抵扣联, 并将电脑增值税专用发票抵扣联于当月末之前送国税局认证, 将所有抵扣联装订成册, 于次月10日前到国税局审核, 并报送增值税专用发票抵扣联明细表.

Pack up the input copy of VAT invoice monthly, take the input copy of computer VAT invoice to the state tax authority for authentication. Bind all of them for the state tax authority’s review and prepare the input copy of VAT invoice report before the 10th of following month.

l按月向国税局报送开具的增值税专用发票存根联明细表.

Prepare the output copy of VAT invoice report monthly.

l按月计算应交增值税/消费税, 填写增值税/消费税申报表, 于次月10日前到国税局申报并缴纳税款.

Calculate the VAT/ consumption tax payable monthly, prepare the VAT/ consumption tax report, report to the state tax authority and pay the VAT/ consumption tax before the 10th of following month.

l根据政策办理企业所得税减免税事宜, 按季计算应交企业所得税, 填写企业所得税申报表, 于次月10日前到国税局申报并缴纳税款.

Transact the free of the business income tax according to the tax policy. Calculate the business income tax payable quarterly. Prepare the business income tax report, report to the state tax authority and pay the business income tax before the 10th of following month.

l通过非贸易项下付款给境外公司时, 代扣代缴预提所得税或向国.地税局取得免税证明.

Payments are made for the company out border by non-trade, pay the withholding income tax or get the certificate for free from the state or local tax authorities.

l登记采购部交来的合同正本, 在合同上加盖”已征印花税章”, 按月计算应交合同印花税, 于次月10日前到地税局申报并缴纳税款.

Register the original copy of contract, stamp “Stamp Tax Paid” on the contract. Calculate the stamp tax payable monthly, report to the local tax authority and pay the stamp tax before 10th of following month.

l根据注册资金增加金额, 计算资本金印花税, 于次月10日前到地税局申报并缴纳税款.

Calculate the capital stamp tax according to the added amount of the registration capital, report to the local tax authority and pay the stamp tax before 10th of following month.

l按年计算车船使用税, 于每年2月15日至3月15日到地税局申报并缴纳税款.

Calculate the vehicle and vessel using tax yearly, report to the local tax authority and pay them on 15th February to 15th March each year.

l根据土地使用合同, 于每年6月30日前向国土局缴纳土地使用费.

According to the land use contract, pay the land use fee to the authority before the 30th June each year.

l办理外商投资企业采购国产设备退税及抵免企业所得税事宜.

Transact the tax return for purchasing local equipment and resisting business income tax.

l办理出口业务”免.抵.退”申报事宜, 及年终清算.

Prepare the tax report for export business, and bring to account by the end of year.

l办理增值税一般纳税人资格年检, 税务登记证年检.变更事宜.

Transact the annual check for the qualification of VAT common taxpayer and the certificate of tax registration.

l购买增值税专用发票.

Buy the VAT invoice.

l作为税务专家为财务经理及其他部门就所有与税务相关的事务提供咨询。

Serve as a tax expert to provide the consultant to Accounting Manager and other departments on all tax related matters;

任职条件/Qualifications:

l至少1年以上在会计领域的经验

At least 1 year experience in Accounting area

l本科以上会计或商务专业

College graduate or above with major in Accounting or Commerce

l良好的内部控制和会计概念

Good concept on Accounting and internal control

l至少2年以上在正规公司处理税务事物的经验

At least 2 years experience in handling tax affairs in a well established company.

l良好的英语能力（听，说和写）

Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing

l良好的PC技能（例如：Excel, Word 等）

Good PC skills (ie. Excel, Word, etc)
