职位描述/Job Description:

负责协调月度公司财务结帐的功能，确保公司的操作和财务的政策与流程中的规定相一致；负责审核，并支付所有业务费用，包括税赋、租金、差旅费、保险、工资、员工福利等。

Be responsible for coordinating monthly financial closing functions of the Company to ensure the consistent performance completely in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Finance Policies & Procedures; be responsible for reviewing and process the disbursement of all business expenses including taxations, rentals, travel expenses, insurance, payroll, employee benefits, etc.;

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

l确保公司财务结帐的行为的恰当，准确，及时。

Ensure Company financial closing activities are properly and accurately performed in a timely manner.

l准备公司的财务报表，以备管理层的审阅，并提供数据给政府部门和股东。

Prepare Company’s financial statements, and packages for the management review and to provide those data to government officials and shareholders.

l确保公司的财务报告记录的准确性。

Ensure the Company’s financial statements are correctly recorded

l根据当前帐户的使用需要审核并更新会计科目表，并在财务系统中维护帐户科目。

Review and update Chart of Accounts with the current usage of accounts, and maintain the accounts in the accounting system.

l每个季度在财务系统中维护外汇兑换比率。

Maintain foreign currency exchange rate on quarterly basis in the accounting system.

l为所有预提费用准备传票，以支持月末结帐。

Prepare journal vouchers for all accrued expense to support monthly closing.

l装订并保存所有月度财务结帐的传票，总账，分帐目，部门费用报告等。

File and maintain all monthly financial closing journal vouchers, general ledgers, sub-ledgers and departmental expenses reports etc.

l管理公司的租赁合同，并准备付款请款单支付租赁费用。

Manage Company’s lease contracts and prepare check requests for the lease payments.

l检查并支付税赋，财务费用，工资及员工福利等业务费用。

Authenticate and process the disbursement for business expenses eg. taxation, finance expense, payroll & employee benefits, etc.

l据合同为外籍人员的公寓每月安排支付房租及其他相关福利的支付

Process the monthly rental payments for ISE apartments in accordance with the contracts and other related benefit payments.

l每月分析并汇总外籍人员的各类费用

Analyze and summarize ISE expenses on monthly basis.

l每月为联属公司的应收款准备借记通知单和支持文件

Prepare Debit memo and supporting documents for inter-company receivables on monthly basis.

l核对联属公司的应收和应付的余额，并准备付款请款以清算应付余额。

Reconcile the inter-company AR and AP balance, and prepare the payment request to settle balance

任职条件/Qualifications:

l至少1年以上在会计领域的经验

At least 1 year experience in Accounting area

l本科以上会计或商务专业

College graduate or above with major in Accounting or Commerce

l良好的内部控制和会计概念

Good concept on Accounting and internal control

l良好的英语能力（听，说和写）

Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing

l良好的PC技能（例如：Excel, Word 等）

Good PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
