●负责依据具体的物流运输方法(如打包运输,工装车,辊道运输等运输方式),在满足成本\交期\质量的前提下开发包装材料.
In charge of developing specific means (packaging ,trolleys ,flow racks,…) with fulfillment of cost ,delay and quality requirements
●负责RFQ /技术选择/设计验证/量产验证
In charge of drafting RFQ/technical choice/prototype validation/mass-production validation
●负责标准化的建立、验证和提升
In charge of standard means validation(design; improvements; quality)
●负责包装流程和拆包流程的制作
Packing/unpacking flowcharts definition
●包装问题解决,
Technical expertise
●替代包装方式或包装材料的开发验证
Substitute packaging validation
●更新维护IT系统中的包材信息
Updating packaging data in IT system

量产阶段In production

工作职责/Major Responsibilities：

●负责设计、开发和验证包装材料
In charge of designing, developing testing and verifying
●负责新包装材料、新技术的验证和引进
In charge of inputting and verifying new package material and technology
●负责制作包材的标准文件，并培训员工
In charge of drafting package standard procedure and training stuff
●负责持续改善包装材料，提高场地利用率，降低成本
In charge of improving package material and utilization rate of plant，then reducing cost

任职条件/Qualifications:

● 大学或技术院校毕业,机械设计专业；
University or technical college graduate, mechanical engineering
● 2年以上发动机零件包装工程师工作经验；
More than 2 years experiences in parts package design.
● 熟练使用 Auto CAD或UG或CATIA
Proficient in Auto CAD or UG or CATIA.
● 良好的英文读写及口语能力；
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
● 良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability.
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力。
