职位描述/Position Description：
●负责内部质量保证：在产品开发阶段制定产品/过程检测方法和检测工具
Internal Quality Assurance: Deployment of quality tools and methodology in development (product/ process)
●负责动力总成制造工程部的质量运作
Leader for operational quality in manufacturing engineering internal processes
●提供检测技术支持
Support for quality methodology for the team members
●协助项目团队的其它相关工作
Activity of synthesis for the project team.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●负责建立部门质量体系
Responsible for building quality system
●熟悉品质检测工具和检测方法（FMEA，问题管理等）
Animation of quality tools and methodologies in process engineering (Process FMEA, Risk management)
●保证制造工艺过程与工艺质量标准同步
Guarantee respect of process manufacturing development approach with deployment of internal process qualification Standard.
●异常报警
Must alert the management in case of deviation.
●在每一个项目里程碑完成之前做质量总结
Prepare Quality synthesis for project management before each project milestones.
●协助项目开发团队解决任何关于质量方面的问题
To be referent and support for any question regarding quality in development (process and product)
●内部和外部质量审核
Internal and external quality Audit.

任职条件Qualifications:

●本科或以上学历；
Bachelor‘s degree or above
●3年以上质量开发工作经验，汽车制造业优先
3 Years of experience in Quality Development, ideally in Automotive industry.
●良好的质量管理知识
Good quality management knowledges.
●熟悉汽车行业品质保证体系(ISO TS 16949/ QS9000)
Familiar with Automotive Quality Standard (ISO TS 16949/ QS9000)
●熟悉运用各种质量检测工具和方法（如FMEA、故障树分析，统计学等解决质量问题的方法）
Good knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies in development (FMEA, FTA, statistics, solving problem approach…)
●严谨的、主动的、团队合作的工作理念
Well organized, synthesis spirit, autonomous, rigorous
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
●必须具备良好的英文读写及口语能力。
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.
