职位描述/Job Description

负责销售公司对经销商销售及双方往来帐的日常会计核算工作；有DS品牌、合资公司自主品牌车辆的销售核算，及向经销商收款并准备月结。

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

Issue invoices in the ERP system based on sales orders and logistic shipping information
？ 根据销售部的销售订单及物流的发运信息，在ERP系统中开票
Issue motor vehicle sales uniform invoices
？ 开具机动车销售统一发票
Handle sales discounts and allowances
？ 有关销售折扣与折让的处理
Handle accounting affair of dealers' whole vehicle payments
？ 对经销商整车付款的会计处理
Handle accounting affair of accessory sales collections
？ 配件销售收款的会计处理
Confirm everyday refund amount
？ 确认每天应还款金额
Handle credit financing transfer
？ 信贷融资转款
Handle account adjustment of accounts receivable and advances from customers
？ 应收及预收账款调账
Prepare credit account reconciliation sheet of accounts receivable and advances from customers
？ 做应收帐款/预收帐款等往来科目佘额调节表
Check information between dealers' account balances and financial analysis in ERP
？ 将ERP中同经销商往来帐的余额与资金分析进行核对
Refund to dealers in condition of wrong payments and clear
？ 对付错款经销商及清算的经销商进行退款
Maintain dealers' invoice information
？ 维护经销商的开票信息？

任职条件/Qualifications:

？ 大学本科以上学历；
？ 至少1年以上在大型外企的销售核算经验；
？ 熟悉会计知识及相关法规；
？ 良好的英语能力（听、说和写）、良好的PC技能（例如：Excel、Word、PPT等）

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
