职位描述/Position Description:

负责项目总体管理，带领项目团队协调IT部门以及公司内外部资源，按时推动项目达到质量和成本目标。

Responsible for Lead project team and cooperate IT department or company resource to deliver program on time to meet quality and cost objectives.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

· 直接向IT部门总监汇报；

Report directly to IT director;

· 负责分管项目目标实施具体管理；

Responsible for management of project development;

· 负责项目KIM表管理；

Management of project key issue monitor;

· 负责项目部门交付物收集、整理、评估；

Collection, trim and assessment of deliveries;

· 负责项目规划的创建,维护和跟进；

Responsible for project planning creation, maintenance and follow-up.

任职要求/ Qualifications:

· 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先；

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

· 5年IT工作经验，3年管理经验；

5 years work experience, 3 years management experience;

· 基础设施、运营软件、ERP、MES、DMS、CRM等项目经验；

Being accomplished in infrastructure, application, ERP, MES, DMS, CRM etc… project experience;

· 系统分析能力及独立的问题解决能力；

The excellent Analyzing system and solving question skills alone;

· 主动、稳定、可靠、创新；

Initiative, stabilization, credibility, innovation;

· 良好的沟通技巧及人际关系能力；

The excellent communication and coordination skills;

· 良好的英语写作、口语能力。

Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
