职位描述/Position Description:

负责CASPA IT工控系统的运营与维护。

Responsible for the IT industrial control system maintenance and operation of CAPSA

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

l 负责为IT平台之上的业务程序的集成开发IT环境.将所有测试过的程序转换投入生产，为备份建立脚本，监控，做批处理计划，应用程序的启动。

Responsible for develeopping the IT environment for integration of the business programs on the IT platform. Transfer all proven programs to production, build scripts for backup, monitoring, batches scheduling, application start-up.

l 负责给运营团队及桌面支持提供所有必须得工具和文档,以方便其实现每天的IT应用程序的支持.

Responsible for providing all necessary tools and documentations to Operations and help-desk so they could make daily support of the IT applications.

l 负责在技术层面的所有应用程序的正常运行.负责对于IT系统故障的跟进及持续完善方案和规划.

Responsible for the good operations of all applications from technical point of view. Responsible for IT breakdown track-up and follow-up and build corresponding kaizen plans.

负责在运营阶段之后,次级别的所有IT应用程序的维护和支持

Responsible for maintenance and support all IT applications on second level after operations.

任职要求/ Qualifications:

l 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先；

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

l 2年IT工作经验，维护支持经验，，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑；
2years work experience, IT system maintenance support experience is preferred, Excellent graduate is welcomed;

l 具有IT运营和脚本开发经验.对于IT各领域都有涉猎且具备较完备的知识.具有热忱的工作积极性及高度的责任感；
Experienced in IT operations and developing of scripts. Good horizontal knowledge in different field of IT;

l 强烈的自我学习意识及沟通协调能力；
The strongest self-study consciousness and communication coordination skills;

l 良好的英语写作、口语能力；
Excellent English speaking/reading/writing skills.

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
