职位描述/Position Description：

负责工业化和所有的IT 应用程序（销售，制造，ERP,R&D）与相关的运营系统和硬件。以及CAPSA IT工控系统的运营与维护以及相关运营维护项目的开展与管理。

Responsible for the industrialization and integration of all IT applications (sales, manufacturing, ERP, R&D) on the corresponding operating systems and hardware. Control system maintenance and operation, correlative project development and management of CAPSA

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

l 负责为IT平台之上的业务程序的集成开发IT环境.将所有测试过的程序转换投入生产，为备份建立脚本，监控，做批处理计划，应用程序的启动。

Manage his team. Help each person in his team to improve his individual efficiency by supporting them on difficult situations, showing them the way how to improve their leak points, and promoting their successes.

l 负责给运营团队及桌面支持提供所有必须得工具和文档,以方便其实现每天的IT应用程序的支持

Responsible for providing all necessary tools and documentations to Operations and help-desk so they could make daily support of the IT applications.

l 负责在技术层面的所有应用程序的正常运行.负责对于IT系统故障的跟进及持续完善方案和规划.

Responsible for the good operations of all applications from technical point of view. Responsible for IT breakdown track-up and follow-up and build corresponding kaizen plans.

负责在运营之后，次级别的所有IT应用程序的维护和支持。

Responsible for maintenance and support all IT applications on second level after operations.

任职要求Qualifications:

l 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先；

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

l 5年IT工作经验，3年管理经验；
5 years work experience, 3 years management experience;

l 具有IT运营和开发脚本的经验(Shell).对IT各领域都有较完备的知识；
Experience in IT operations and developing of scripts (Shell). Good horizontal knowledges in different field of IT;

l 良好的沟通技巧及人际关系能力；
The excellent communication and coordination skills;

l 良好的英语写作、口语能力。
Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
