职位描述/Position Description：
·负责机加生产的管理，如安全、质量、交付、成本、士气、环境等
Be responsible for managing machining production, like safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, environment, etc.
·组建、领导操作团队
Build and lead the operating team.
·生产管理流程的建立
Build production system workflow.
·参与生产线建设
Participate in line build.
·支持上级主管完成部门目标
Support director to fulfill department target

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

·负责机加生产管理和持续改善
Take charge of production management and continual Improvement.
·监督机加工艺的执行，指导分析改进，开展技术创新
Be responsible for operating. lead to kaizen and innovation.
·生产设备、刀具及备件的管理
Managing equipments , tools, spare-parts.
·生产现场管理，5S，出勤，通知等
Managing machining field, such as 5S, timecard, notice
·与其他部门协作在一定数量、质量、时间表和成本要求下保证高的生产效率
Keep for high efficiency production in a special number, quality, time, and cost with other departments.
·生产线所有信息的收集、分析、反馈
Be responsible for collecting, analyzing and feeding back production information.
·参与生产线建设、设备调试运行
Participate in line build, equipment installing and running.
·负责操作人员的招聘和培训
Responsible for hireling and training


任职条件 Qualifications:

·有5年以上大型制造型企业现代化生产管理经验
5 years or above management experience in manufacturing engineering
·熟悉生产程序的安排、计划的编制、数控机加工及产品生产工艺等流程
Be familiar with production rule and plan, digital control processing and production engineering
·机械、汽车相关专业毕业，大专或以上学历
Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering, bachelor degree or above
·有较强的责任心，具有良好的团队管理能力及沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力
Good spirit of respect job, the strong capability of team. Be able to work under high pressure
·熟练的英语听说写能力，有外企工作经验者优先考虑
Be good at English language, priority experience in foreign company
