职位描述/Position Description：

●负责实验室的规划、建立
In charge of planning and founding the lab

●负责实验室质量检测和质量管理工作

In charge of the lab quality test and quality management

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●负责实验室的规划、建立，包括实验仪器目录的编制，以及招标技术规格书的编制，安装和应用。

In charge of planning and founding the lab, including draft experiment instrument catalog、then draft the specification technical bidding documents 、installation and use the instrument.

●负责实验室质量检测和质量管理的组织、协调工作，确保准确及时地完成理化检测、产品试验工作。

In charge of organization\coordination\quality test\quality management of the lab, ensure the physicochemical result and laboratorial test work on time.

●负责实验室程序文件和规范的编写和修订。

In charge of stipulate and revise the laboratory procedures and regulate.

●负责审核各类理化检验报告（或检测报告）。

In charge of review the physicochemical result.

●负责测量系统分析（MSA）工作。

In charge of Measurement System Analysis

●负责编制实验大纲和实验规范。

In charge of draft the outline and experimental regulate.

●负责沟通协调公司认证及咨询相关事宜。

In charge of communicating and coordinating related issues with company certification.

任职条件Qualifications:

●大学或技术院校毕业；
University or technical college graduated

●3年以上实验室工作经验

3 years or above laboratory area experience

●具有实验室建设规划经验

Have planned and founded laboratory experience

●熟悉发动机结构和各系统工作原理；

Familiar with engine construct and working principle

●了解相关的发动机产品的法律法规及标准；

Understand the related engine laws, regulations and standards.

●有发动机及其零部件检测和试验经验；

Have engine and parts test and experiment experience

●良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.
●良好的英文读写及口语能力。
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
