职位/Position：市场质量工程师/ Field Quality Engineer 上级主管/Supervisor：市场质量主管/Field Quality Supervisor. 职位描述 Position Description：把握车辆市场质量表现，推动车辆市场质量改善活动。 Follow the performance of vehicle in the field and push the field quality improvement. 主要职责Key Responsibilities: ? 对市场质量信息进行收集、整理和分析，为质量改进工作提供数据依据。 Collect and analyze field quality information, make recommendations on findings, so the quality improvement team can get the necessary information in time. ? 通过旧件或实车确认故障现象，判断故障原因调查的责任部署。 Confirm the failure parts and failure vehicle; clarify the department in charge of investigating the root cause ? 组织和推动相关团队对市场质量问题进行分析改善。 Organize and push relevant team to improve the field quality issue. ? 市场质量危机相关工作。 Work related to field quality crisis. 绩效评估标准 Performance evaluation standard： ? 质量信息数据的准确性和及时性。 Precise and on time react for quality information. ? 对市场质量问题整改进度的跟踪情况。 Track status of quality corrective action. ? 市场质量相关指标 Indicators related to field quality. 任职条件 Qualifications： ? 大学本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above ? 熟悉汽车售后服务相关工作流程。 Be familiar with work procedure about after service. ? 对汽车结构和原理有一定的了解。 Knowledge of automobile theory and structure ? 熟悉汽车质量相关知识。 Be familiar with automotive quality knowledge. ? 熟练使用微软office系列办公软件。 Strong computer skills in MS-office ? 良好的组织、协调及表达能力。 Good communication skill and strong interpersonal skill. ? 良好的敬业精神。 Own good professionalism
