职位描述/Position Description：

●根据产品及工艺特性，用统计学工具制定控制计划

According to characteristic of product and process，to define the control policy, using information from statistics studies

●负责工艺资料文件编制，及量产准备工作，负责审核控制标准

Take charge of the process document preparation, and the launch preparation. Be responsible for validating control standard

●负责应用发动机总装线的质量策略

In charge to apply the quality strategy for engine assembly line

●负责质量控制设备（泄漏、扭矩控制、间隙控制等）的招标技术要求及相关的供应商的管理工作

To create the RFQ for control facilities（leakage, torque control, gap control, etc.）and has the relation with the suppliers,

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●创建和更新返修清单、标准

To create and update the rework list, create the rework sheet

●创建和管理发动机装配控制计划

To create and manage engine assembly control plan

●参与项目风险分析和工艺过程可靠性鉴定

To participate in the project risk analysis and process qualification
●分析研究项目文件，在质量控制方面提出可行性建议
Analyses, studies the project documents, to help and advice about feasibility of quality control.

●制定线上的、线外的检测设备的控制参数，然后和RFQ关联在一起
Define the control material and associated RFQ, for on line control and outline control metrology equipment
●分析供应商方案
Analysis the supplier’s quotation
●提供计算工具，验证供应商制造设备控制方法的可行性
Give the calculation tool, and validate the supplier’s control method for manufacturing equipment.
●与制造交接控制计划和跟踪文档
Transfer all the control file and control documents: control plan, monitoring file.

●支持车间各种质量论证工作并保证论证工作顺利通过

Support all quality certification in workshop and ensure the process

●经验反馈并更新总装范围内的相关文件

Feedback experience to update the referential for the engine assembly perimeter

●参与创建总装范围内的标准文件

To participate to the creation of the referential for assembly line,

●培训新近工程师

Train the new people who will arrive in the engineering team,

任职条件Qualifications:

●本科学历；
Bachelor‘s degree is required
●3年以上控制计划工程师工作经验，熟悉生产现场使用的质量工具
3 years or above control plan engineering experience, familiar with quality tool used in manufacturing field
●熟悉汽车或发动机的制造过程，在质量控制方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验；
Familiar with the engine or vehicle manufacturing process, have enough special knowledge and practice Experience about the quality control;

●在工艺过程领域有相当的经验

Experience in process engineering

●良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.
●良好的英文读写及口语能力。
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
