职位描述 Position Description：

作为发动机质量工程师，负责对新品评价、供应商零部件检查、生产及装配检查、检测线测试、道路试验、用户终验收、售前售后全过程中发动机的质量分析和改进。

The powertrain engineer is with responsibility for the evaluation of new vehicle、supplier parts inspection、production and assembly inspection、test line inspection、road test、final acceptance and the quality analysis and improvement of powertrain concerning pre-sale or after–sale.

主要职责 Responsibilities：

· 编制质量检查基准，支持检验员零部件和车辆或发动机检验

Format the quality inspection standard and support inspectors to implement inspection of Engines and parts.

· 实施供应商零件、生产车辆和售后车辆发动机有关的质量评价、分析、改进和质量攻关项目

Implement the quality evaluation, analysis and improvement to supplier parts, vehicle in production and vehicle after sales related to powertrain and key projects.

· 供应商质量管理和提升

Supplier quality management and improvement.

· 分析质量数据，完成质量信息的闭环

Analyze the quality data and complete the closed loop of quality information.

· 报告质量改进项目实施情况

Report on the progress of quality improvements.

绩效评估标准 Performance valuation standards：

· 零部件和整车相关质量指标

The relevant quality indicators of parts and vehicles.

· 质量问题整改的有效性和及时性

Quality issues to be rectified and reformed timely.

任职要求/Job qualification:

· 本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above.

· 汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验；

Familiar with the vehicle manufacture, have enough special knowledge and practice experience;

· 熟悉汽车和零部件产品的制造工艺；

Familiar with the vehicle or parts manufacturing process;

· 熟悉信息处理分析工具和技术应用；

Familiar with the information analysis tools and applications;

· 良好的组织、协调及表达能力；

Own good organization, coordination and communication ability;

· 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；

Own good professionalism, teamwork spirit and problem-solving ability;

· 良好的英文读写及口语能力

Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
