职位/Position ：工程变更主管 ECC Supervisor

上级主管/Supervisor: 生产前管理经理Pre-Production Management Manager

职位描述 / Position Description：

作为工程变更主管，负责新车投产/停产协调，工程BOM发布跟踪/确认及工程变更控制，内外制区分设定等生产管理工作。

As ECC supervisor, be responsible for new car launch/discontinued car coordination, Engineering BOM release、validation and Engineering change control activities ,make/buy decision, etc.

主要职责 Main Responsibilities:

· 协调并开展公司新项目投入工作和停产项目协调，推进新产品系统发布策略和进度及项目停产协调

Coordinate and develop new project introduce and discontinued product coordination. Expedite new product system release schedule and strategy, and relevant parts operation of discontinued product.

· 设计变更控制业务, 零件的切换，旧型件的处理，国产化的切换，实施期间的库存/订单跟踪等

Engineering Change Control Operation, new parts effective date decision, discontinued parts operation, parts localization transfer, inventory/order follow during transferring.

· 工程发布系统的切换，内外制区分管理，进口件清单，出口工程变更等

System conversion, make/buy control, sourcing change control, import parts list, export ECC, etc

· BOM的验证和澄清，发布问题确认，工程状态澄清，用量澄清等

BOM validation and clarification, Engineering release issue, Engineering level, usage clarification , etc

· 供应商的管理，工程变更领域的供应商考核与改善

Supplier management, Engineering change area supplier performance review and improvement.

· 工程变更团队的管理及团队预算控制

ECC team management and team budget control

· 总监/经理安排的其他业务

Related business that director/manager arranged

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 工程或生产管理相关专业,本科以上学历

Bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering or production control

· 良好的英语书面与口头交流能力

Good communication skill in English

· 责任心强，良好的团队合作意识和服务意识

Sense of responsibility, with team spirit, service oriented

· 生产管理或工程经验者优先，汽车行业背景者优先

Prior with experience of production control or Engineering, Prior with experience of Automobile industry
