职位描述 / Position Description：

作为工程变更控制专员，负责新车投产，工程变更控制、内外制区分、系统转换等工作。

As Engineering change control Specialist, be responsible for new project launch, Engineering change control, make/buy code control, system conversion activities, etc.

主要职责 Main Responsibilities:

· 协调并开展公司新项目投产工作，推进物流部新产品生产前期安排

Coordinate and develop new project launch, expedite PC&L Pre-production arrangement

· 设计变更控制业务, 内制件/外购件实施期的管理，国产化的控制等

Engineering Change Control Operation, IH/outsourced parts effective date decision, localization operation， etc

· 零件的切换与设变旧件的消耗，旧型件的处理及预算控制，等

Engineering Change new parts switch, old parts stock control, discontinued parts operation and budget control，etc

· BOM表问题澄清，协调系统发布等

BOM issue clarification, coordinate system release, etc

· 内外制区分管理，供应商信息设定问题协调等

Make/buy coding control, supplier code issue coordination, etc

· 经理/主管安排的其他业务

Related business that manger/supervisor arranged

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科及以上学历（管理工程或汽车专业优先考虑）

University graduate or above (Prefer Industrial Engineering or Automobile)

· 具备在汽车行业从业三年以上生产控制相关工作经验

More than 3 years Production Control experience in Auto industry.

· 良好的电脑使用技能和ERP知识

Personal computer skill and ERP knowledge.

· 英语通过四级

CET-4 is must

· 较好的沟通协调能力，头脑灵活，工作认真仔细

Prefer Coordination skill, flexible ideas, punctilious person
