职位描述/Position Description;

负责CAPSA财务、采购、人力资源系统的项目实施和相关运营维护项目的开展与管理。

Responsible for financial management system, purchasing management system and HR management system project actualization. Related system maintenance operation development and management of CAPSA

主要职责/Major Responsibilities;

l 从事ORACLE ERP财务、采购、人事模块的项目实施、培训、系统维护等工作；

Responsible for Working on ORACLE ERP finance module, purchasing module and HR module. Include the project implementation, training, maintenance.

l 负责组织对用户需求进行调研、针对业务需求和行业特点，设计ERP系统架构；

Responsible for organizing the user’s requirements survey and design the system architecture of ERP, Based on the business requirements and industry characteristics.

l 依据项目要求，协助IT供应商的系统实施工作：需求分析、业务流程设计及优化、总体和详细方案设计、系统测试和上线运行维护、系统优化等工作；

Support IT providers with the system implementation based on the project requirements: Conduct requirements analysis, design and optimize the business process, general and detailed planning, system test and maintenance after system go live, and system optimization etc.

l 负责ERP系统运用的日常维护管理，响应并处理事件和问题；

Responsible for the ERP system, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem

l 负责ERP 系统日常运行状态以及日志的监控；

Responsible for monitoring the ERP system operation status and log

l 对ERP系统的应用情况进行分析管理；

Responsible for analysis for ERP system application

任职要求/ Qualifications:

l 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

l 熟悉ERP理论和企业信息化建设流程；

Be familiar with ERP theory and process of enterprise informative construction

l 具有ORACLE EBS（电子商务套件）独立实施能力，熟悉后台设置；熟悉MES系统架构，了解ERP与其它系统之间的接口关系；

Able to execute ORACLE EBS (E-Business Suite) independently；Be familiar with the setting of backstage. Be familiar with another system architecture and know the interface relationship between ERP and MES.

良好的英语写作、口语能力
Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
