职位描述/Position Description:

负责客户电话、邮件、现场需求的回应与记录，给予客户解决方案的指导，桌面支持人员服务支持的开/关闭记载，分类、统计桌面服务支持事件，为桌面支持主管提供支持。

Responsible for the feedback and record of telephone email and on site for customer, provide the guidance of solution for customer, record the service open/close status of helpdesk guy, assort and count the helpdesk incident, support Help-Desk supervisor.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

· 负责客户电话、邮件、现场需求的回应与记录；

· 给予客户解决方案的指导；

Responsible for provide the guidance of solution for customer;

· 桌面支持人员服务支持的开/关闭记载;

Responsible for record the service open/close status of helpdesk guy

· 分类、统计桌面服务支持事件并且为减少问题发生提供建议;

· Responsible for assort and count the helpdesk incident and suggest solution in order to decrease the incident volume;

· 为桌面支持主管提供支持。

Responsibility support Help-Desk supervisor.

任职要求/ Qualifications:

· 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above in information technology;

· 2年IT工作经验，helpdesk经验优先，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑；

· 2 years’ work experience, helpdesk experience is preferred. Excellent graduate is permitted;

· 了解WindowsXP、Windows7和MS Office，了解网络基本知识；

know WindowsXP Windows7 and MS office, know the basis knowledge of network;

· 了解常用的计算机软硬件、外设；

know the normal hardware software and peripheral equipment;

· 具有热忱的工作积极性及高度的责任感；

The cordial work activity and high responsibility;

· 具有强烈的服务意识、沟通能力和协调能力；

Excellent service consciousness communication skill and coordination skill;

· 良好的英语写作、口语能力。

Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
