职责描述/Job Description:

负责公司相关法务工作

The legal affairs specialist will be responsible for corporate legal affairs.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities:
1、 跟踪国家相关企业法律法规的变更、发布、取消等资讯收集和存档。

Collect and archive the information of latest laws and regulations related to enterprises, such as revision, release and revocation of laws and regulations.
2、 协调对公司合同相关法律条款的审核。

Coordinate the review of relevant legal documents concerning corporate contracts.
3、 参与公司内部法律事务工作。

Handle the internal legal affairs of the company
4、 牵头协调外部法律资源应对各种诉讼。

Take the lead in the coordination of external legal resources and handle law suits.
5、 协助和协调解决政府相关法律事务。

Assist and coordinate in government-related legal affairs
6、 完成其它公司相关法务工作。

Other assignments related to legal affairs

任职要求/Job Requirements:
1、 法律专业本科及以上学历，拥有学位证书.

Bachelor’s degree or above in law with diploma
2、 具有一年以上相关法律工作经验，或曾供职于律所，有涉外律师资格证书优先。

Over one year’s related working experience in legal affairs or job experience in law firm. Holders of lawyer certificate (specialized in foreign legal affairs) are preferred
3、 具有较好汽车行业知识。

Good knowledge of automobile industry
4、 具有较好的表达能力，英语水平良好。

Articulate with proficiency in English
5、 能够熟练操作计算机。

Computer-savvy
6、 具有很强的沟通协调能力，爱岗敬业，有责任心。

Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
