职位描述/Position Description:

负责CAPSA IT后台系统的数据中心的支持与维护。

Responsible for the data center support and maintenance for IT back-office system of CAPSA.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

· 负责CAPSA IT后台系统数据中心的部署与实施，响应并处理事件和问题；

Responsible for the data center distribution and construction for IT back-office system, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem;

· 负责IT后台系统数据中心的日常维护管理，响应并处理事件和问题；

Responsible for the data center normal support and maintenance for IT back-office system, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem;

· 分析数据中心子系统的工作状况并做好相关问题的记录；

Analyze the work status of component in data center and keep the record of correlative issue;

· 负责IT后台系统数据中心的相关第三方支持记录以及问题的分类汇总；

Responsible for the data center the third party correlative support record for IT back-office system, classify and count the incident;

· 负择控制和批准基于IT政策改动情况下的所有IT基础设施和应用程序的变更。Responsible for control and approval of all IT modifications on infrastructure and applications according to the IT change policy.

任职要求/ Qualifications:

· 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先；

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

· 4年IT工作经验，熟悉制冷、配电与消防，数据中心维护支持经验优先，对于IT硬件，软件及应用程序有较广泛的储备知识以确保今后对IT设备调试更换做出准确的判断；

4 years work experience, familiarity of refrigeration，power distribution and fire protection, data center maintenance support experience is preferred. Good horizontal general knowledge of IT hardware, software and applications in order to ensure the accurate approval of IT modifications;

· 具有热忱的工作积极性及高度的责任感；

The cordial work activity and high responsibility;

· 强烈的自我学习意识及沟通协调能力；

The strongest self-study consciousness and communication coordination skills;

· 良好的英语写作、口语能力。

Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
