职位描述/ Position Description:

负责CAPSA IT后台系统的软件与产品的支持与维护。

Responsible for the application software and commercial software support and maintenance for IT back-office system of CAPSA

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

l 负责CAPSA IT后台系统运用软件以及产品软件的部署与调试，日常维护管理，响应并处理事件和问题；

Responsible for the application software and commercial software distribution and configuration, normal support and maintenance for IT back-office system, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem

l 负责IT后台系统运用软件以及产品软件配置的日常维护管理，响应并处理事件和问题；

Responsible for the application software and commercial software configuration normal support and maintenance for IT back-office system, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem

l 分析运用软件以及产品软件工作日志并做好相关问题的记录

Analyze the work log of application software and commercial software and keep the record of correlative issue

l 负责IT后台系统运用软件以及产品软件的相关支持记录以及问题的分类汇总；

Responsible for the application software and commercial software correlative record for IT back-office system, classify and count the incident

l 负责给桌面支持和运营提供必要的数据及文档以确保其给基层用户提供支持。

Responsible for providing the necessary data & documentations to help-desk and operations so they could ensure proper first level user support.

任职要求Qualifications:

l 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

l 2年IT工作经验，软件系统维护支持经验优先，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑
2 years work experience, software system maintenance support experience is preferred. Excellent graduate is welcomed.

l 具有热忱的工作积极性及高度的责任感

l 强烈的自我学习意识及沟通协调能力
The strongest self-study consciousness and communication coordination skills

l 良好的英语写作、口语能力
Excellent written and spoken English.
