主要职责/Main Responsibility：

· 建立完善公司目标管理体系

Establish and improve company objective management system

· 主导安排公司年度和半年方针展开活动

Arrange annual and mid-year Policy deployment activity

· 跟踪公司各策略团队月度、季度和年度目标执行状态

Follow up monthly, quarterly and annual objective execution status of SQCDO team

· 跟踪公司各部门月度、季度和年度目标执行状态

Follow up monthly, quarterly and annual objective execution status of each department

· 对各部门的方针展开及目标完成状况进行评价

Evaluate objective fulfillment and Policy Deployment work of every department

· 负责公司对外报表的审查、建档工作；

Responsible for reviewing and filing of external report；

· 负责公司固定资产投资统计对外的月、季、年报的工作；

Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual external report of statistics of fixed assets investment

· 负责公司生产经营的数据收集、整理、分类；

Collect, coordinate, classify data of production business

· 负责撰写管理委员会的会议纪要

Write the meeting minute for MCM meeting.

· 负责公司所有会议室的管理、预订工作。

Responsible for the management and reservation of all the meeting rooms.

· 公司重大会议（董事会、高峰会等）的会务工作

Responsible for the meeting organization for such important meetings as BOD and President meeting.

任职要求/Experience and Background Skill Desired:

· 本科学历

University degree preferable

· 良好的英语沟通能力，通过大学英语四级

Good English communication skill

· 良好的计算机应用能力

Good computer operational skill

· 具有较强的沟通和团队协作能力

Good at communication and team building

· 具备较强的管理知识背景

Strong administrative and coordination skills

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
