Ensure master data consistency & accuracy
确保主数据的一致性和准确性

Assist master data set up and maintenance
帮助实现主数据的设置及维护

Help code mapping and update in interface data validation
协助完成编码的映射及接口数据审核的更新


主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

Managing the naming standard for master data creation by handling new code application process
通过新的编码申请流程管理新的主数据创建命名标准
Interface data validation & update in data conversion process such as E-BOM to M-BOM
负责数据转换流程的接口数据审核及更新如E-BOM至M-BOM
Provide numbering standard in master data creation process to avoid code duplication & wrong numbering
提供主数据创建流程的编号标准以避免编码重复及错误编码
Managing master data creation process to ensure data consistency & accuracy & timely creation such as mfg, purchasing, planning, accounting code.. Attributes and item cost
管理主数据创建流程以确保数据的准确性和一致性及即时创建如mfg,采购，计划，账簿代号。产品描述及产品成本。
Maintain item category for data inquiry in different view such as planning, purchasing, engineering, inventory and costing
为不同方向的数据查询，如生产计划，采购，工艺，库存及成本核算维护产品归类
Convert E-BOM to M-BOM
从E-BOM到M-BOM的转换

Convert ECO into ERP
将ECO转化至ERP

Item lifecycle control (Prototype, Pending, Active, Inactive & Phase out)
产品生命周期控制（试制车，在制期，活跃期，非活跃期及停产）
Provide training and online help for master data entry and update
提供主数据输入和更新的培训及在线帮助

任职要求/Qualifications:

信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先

Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology. Related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred

熟悉产品研发流程，精通PDM、ERP之间的接口关系；

Be familiar with the product R&D process, have a good knowledge of interface between PDM and ERP.

良好的沟通技巧及人际关系能力
The excellent communication and coordination skills

良好的英语写作、口语能力
Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
