职位描述/Position Description：

协助公司中方与外方领导实现有效交流，减少沟通成本，努力创建和谐有效的企业沟通文化。

Assist Chinese and Foreigner management to realize efficient communication, reduce the communication cost and make great efforts to build harmonious communication culture of our company.

主要职责/Major Responsibility：

A 负责会议翻译 In charge of interpretation for meetings

· 做好会前准备工作，积极主动地学习或了解会议相关业务知识，努力提高翻译水平。

Good preparation before meeting beginning such as taking a positive approach to studying
or understand business knowledge about the meeting and keep advancing the translation
level.

· 具备良好的观察、学习和反应能力，以及良好的以顾客为主的服务意识，努力实现正确而全面的信息传递。

Have good observing, learning and reaction capability, nicer service conscience for
customer and make effort to achieve correct and full-scale communication transfer.

· 善于总结会议的主要结构和关键议题，能够制作简明扼要的会议记录，不断提高自身对业务的熟悉程度。

Be good at summing up main structure and key topics of the meeting. Can take meeting
minutes in brief and heighten the familiarity degrees to the business knowledge continuously.

· 能够灵活应对各种突发的会议任务，具备良好的心理素质和全面的业务知识背景。

Good reaction power for every sudden meeting requirement. Have good mentality stuff and
comprehensive knowledge background.

B 技术文件等笔译翻译 translation for technical files and so on

· 认真对待每次笔译任务，不推诿，不拖拉。

Accept every translation assignment positively without any shuffle and drag attitude.

· 不断提高译文质量水平和翻译速度，能够承受高强度的笔译任务要求。

Boost translation quality and speed up continuously, can endure high pressure of translation
request.

C 其他上级领导安排的任务 other assignments from supervisor

· 敢于迎接挑战，乐于接受如行政管理，支持本部门或其他部门的业务活动及其他任何来自上级领导的工作指示。

Be happy to face challenge and try to achieve every assignment from supervisor such as
administration, support for internal or external department's operation activity.

任职条件/Qualification：

· 英语或法语本科以上学历或者4年以上海外留学经验

Major with an English BA degree or above, or have 4 years above experience studying
overseas.

· 有3年以上翻译工作经验

At least 3 years service in translation and interpreting field.

· 具有大型会议、谈判翻译经验的并能够进行同声传译者优先。

Field experience in negotiation and consecutive translation at big conferences. Ability of
simultaneous translation would be a plus.

· 有在制造企业翻译工作经验的并掌握汽车相关知识者优先。

Have working experience at manufacturing enterprise and master automobile knowledge
related would be a plus.

· 具有认真负责、敬业的工作态度和团队合作精神。

Professionalism with dedication, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.

· 具备良好的沟通协调能力和职业心理素质。

Good communication skill and professional mentality.

· 熟练使用电脑及常用的办公软件。

Use computer and common office soft skillfully.

· 能够经常出差。

Willingness to accommodate extensive travels as required.
