职位描述 Position Description：

作为检查基准和成绩表工程师，负责车辆检查基准和检查成绩表的编制和维护。

The Inspection Standard and Check Sheet Engineer is with responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of vehicle inspection standard and check sheet.

主要职责 Responsibilities：

· 编制和维护车辆质量验收基准

Edit and maintain the vehicle quality acceptance standard.

· 编制和维护车辆质检查成绩表

Edit and maintain the vehicle check sheet.

· 实施检验人员的检查标准培训

Implement training the inspection standard for inspector

· 统计、分析并报告整车质量数据

Responsible for statistics, analyze and report the vehicle quality data.

绩效评估标准 Performance valuation standards：

· 检查基准的准确性和完整性

The accuracy and completeness of inspection standard.

· 检查成绩表的准确性和完整性

The accuracy and completeness of check sheet.

· 检验员培训完成率

Completeness ratio of training for inspectors.

任职要求/Job Qualification:

· 汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验；

Familiarize the vehicle manufacture, have enough special knowledge and practice experience;

· 熟悉汽车构造、原理、生产过程及性能指标

Must have the knowledge of vehicle constitution、vehicle theorem、vehicle capability index and vehicle product process

· 熟悉整车评价及质量标准

Have the technology of vehicle evaluation and quality standard

· 熟练驾驶车辆

Can drive vehicle well

· 良好的组织、协调及表达能力；

Well organization, coordination and communication ability;

· 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；

Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;

· 良好的英文读写及口语能力

Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
