职位描述/Position Description
负责整车、系统及零部件的测试；负责研发中心试验能力建设/Responsible for the test for vehicle subsystem parts and components, responsible for the update of the test capability.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

l根据项目情况，制定每个车型的测试验证计划，为PIV提供输入；

Make test validation plan for each vehicle model according to the project and input it to TPO for formulating PIV

l负责更新并制定试验方法和标准；

Responsible for making and updating the test process and standard。

l负责完成法规试验；

Responsible for completing the homologation test.

l负责按照测试计划推进测试项目的开展，完成试验项目；

Responsible for conducting and managing all the tests according to the plan.

l负责推进测试过程中出现问题的改善；

Responsible for recording and solving the problem during the test process.

l协助车辆驾评及性能确认

Assist to evaluate the driving performance of the vehicle.

任职要求/Qualifications:

l本科以上汽车相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in automobile major
l具有良好的英语表达能力，能用英语作为工作语言，通过大学英语四级
Able to work in English smoothly, with CET-4
l熟悉测试和样车建造领域的工作;
Acquainted with vehicle test and sample vehicle manufacture
l从事测试领域工作2年以上;
At least two years’ experience in vehicle test
