金属材料工程师Metal material engineer

（Steels and Aluminum flat, coating corrosion钢与铝钣金及涂层防腐）

职位描述/Position Description

参与相关零部件的设计、开发、工艺每一个阶段的验证工作。

Participates in each phase of the parts design development, process validation.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

1. 金属钣材加工工艺的审核。

Audits process (hot stamping, tailored blank welding, and shape rolling…).

2. 已交付的材料进行监督。

Follow-up installation of the surveillance plan on the delivered materials.

3. 辅助PSA国产化材料的批准。

Approval of materials in Local integration (Support PSA).

4. 辅助PSA进行钢材和铝材供应商评审。

Audits of the steelmakers /the Alu-makers (Support PSA).

5. 批准B,C类零件表面特殊处理和涂层技术。

Validation treatments and coatings during expertise (B&C Parts)

6. 表面清洁特性要求描述。

File particulate characterization cleanliness.

7. 表面覆盖材料的防腐验证。

Validation of the coatings sheets for anti-corrosion guarantee.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1. 专业技能要求：资深钣金工程师Confirmed Steels and Aluminum fla Engineer

2. 至少5年以上行业工作经验At least 5 years of professional experience in this industry：

3. 语言要求：英语听说读写流利，能用英语组织会议及撰写报告。会法语者优先。

Languages: Ability to speak and to manage meetings in English and to write reports in English. The ability to speak French will be a real advantage

4. 其他技能：善于交流（口头和书面），能很好地安排自己的工作。Behavioral Ability: Very good skills in communication (oral and written) and in managing working relationships.
