职位描述/Position Description:

负责CAPSA IT ERP、MES、CRM等系统的基础运营与维护。

Responsible for the IT ERP, MES, CRM etc…system basis operation maintenance of CAPSA

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

l 负责IT ERP,MES,CRM等系统基础运营的网络、服务器日常维护管理，响应并处理事件和问题；

Responsible for IT network, servers maintenance, for ERP MES and CRM system basis operation, feedback and resolution of the issue and problem

l 负责系统日常运行状态以及日志的监控；

Responsible for monitoring the system operation status and log

l 负责更新，分类、及统计事件及并且为减少问题发生率和提高运营效率提供建议

Responsible for update, assort and count the incidents and suggest solution in order to decrease the incident volume and improve operation efficiency.

任职要求/Qualification:

l 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先

Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;

l 2年IT工作经验，系统运营经验优先，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑

2 years work experience, system operation experience is preferred. Excellent graduate is welcomed.

l 具有热忱的工作积极性及高度的责任感

The cordial work activity and high responsibility

l 强烈的自我学习意识及沟通协调能力

The strongest self-study consciousness and communication coordination skills

l 良好的英语写作、口语能力

Excellent English speaking/reading/writing skills.
