职位描述Position Description :
Management of the development of mechatronic parts (pushes and switches) for premium brand cars.

管理高端品牌车型的机电零件（按钮和开关）的开发。

主要职责Main Responsibilities ：
The development is done by supplier, the mechatronic development engineer ensures that this development is done in accordance of OEM needs :

开发工作由供应商完成，机电零件开发工程师要确保供应商的开发过程符合 OEM 的要求：

- APQP management (supplier schedule management, supplier product and process quality management, engineering change request management) for switches and pushes,

开关和按钮相关的APQP 管理（供应商计划管理、供应商产品和工艺过程质量管理、工程变更需求管理）；

- Management of all technical defects related to switches and pushes : containment action definition, technical root cause analysis, definitive technical solution definition.
管理所有与开关和按钮相关的技术缺陷：控制行动的制定、根本原因的技术分析、最终技术解决方案的制定。

资质要求Qualifications ：
Bachelor degree or above in Electricity and Electronics.
电子电器学士学位或以上；
Good English speaking and writing (CET-6).
优秀的英语说写能力(CET-6)；

Good knowledge of APQP with practice.

熟悉并实践过APQP；

Experience in OEM suppliers or other OEM highly appreciated, especially in mechatronic field.

有开发OEM供应商或其他OEM(特别是机电领域)的经验；

At least two years’ experience in development.

至少有两年的开发经验。
