职位描述/Position Description：

向项目质量经理汇报。确保项目质量活动按项目质量策略进行，按CAPSA规定处理项目质量问题。制定量产前质量计划并跟踪相关行动计划的执行。
Report to Project Quality Manager the quality status of the project. Ensure the application of Project Quality Strategy within the project activities and the treatment of quality issues according to CAPSA methodology. Prepare Quality plan before mass production and follow up related action plan

主要职责/ Major Responsibilities：

l与相关部门制定和沟通质量保证文件， 建立项目质量指标；

Build and communicate the quality assurance file to related departments, and set up Quality indicators of project.

l与项目质量经理一同参加项目评审和月度质量会议，管理行动计划；

Participate to the project review with the Project Quality Manager and to the monthly project quality meeting and manage action plan

l支持项目质量经理搜集和实施质量措施；

Support the project quality manager to collect and apply relevant quality measurements

l开展用户调查Implement customer survey.

l构筑和实施产品开发不同阶段的质量检验计划。

Construct and implement the detection plan in different phase of product development

任职条件/Qualifications：

l大学或技术类专科院校毕业。工业工程类学位优先。

University or Technical College graduate. Industrial Engineering degree preferred

l项目质量管理能力，灵活的思考应变能力及处理具体事物的耐心和细心

Project quality management skills, flexible thinking, and careful attention to detail

l对英语或法语有较好的听说读写能力

Good skill of oral and writing English or French
l熟悉使用OFFICE等常用软件

Good command of Micro Office software

l具备工程管理或生产计划经验者优先考虑。

Previous project management or manufacturing planning experience.

l具备发动机/汽车的结构、机械和功能相关背景者优先考虑。

A Grounding of Engine/Vehicle structure, mechanism and function.

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
