职位描述 / Position Description

职业医师职责是CAPSA医务室的日常管理和公司在对员工健康服务方面的政策和程序的管理。

The occupational physician is responsible for running the CAPSA Medical clinic and administration of company policies and procedures for health services for employees.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

· 负责医务室的日常运作
Running the site medical clinic.

· 管理其他医护人员
Supervision of nursing staff across all shifts.

· 对紧急医疗事件及时响应
Responding to occupational medical emergencies (day shift).

· 非职业健康病例管理
Case management for non-occupational health issues.

· 完善和执行相应的医疗政策和职业健康管理程序
Leading the development and implementation of medical and rehabilitation policies and occupational health procedures.

医生任职要求/ PhysicianQualifications：

· 医学专业毕业（普通医师专业或职业病相关专业）
Graduate of medicine (general practice or major relevant to occupational medicine)

· 职业卫生保健或生物工程专业优先
Post graduate qualifications in occupational health care or ergonomics is desirable.

· 至少5年卫生保健相关工作经验
A minimum of 5 years experience in health care

· 具有统计分析经验
Experience in Statistical Analysis.

· 熟悉相关的卫生保健法律法规

护士任职要求/ Nurse Qualifications：

· 护理专业毕业
Graduate Nursing Qualification

· 持有执业护士执照

Holder of Nursing License.

· 至少3年卫生保健相关工作经验
A minimum of 3 years experience in health care

· 职业卫生保健工作经验优先
Working experience in occupational health care is desirable

· 较强的分析和解决问题的能力
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· 具有一定的英语听说能力优先

English skill an advantage

· 熟悉常用电脑操作系统
Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
