职位描述 / Position Description：

现场服务主管分管

Depending on Field Service Supervisor

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

·根据产品故障对策团队要求，解决车辆故障疑难问题

In charge of difficult cases where an intervention on the vehicle is needed at request of incidentology team

·为其他业务部门（法律、质量部……）解决疑难问题提供技术支持

Support technically other entities (Law, Quality…) for handling difficult cases

·建立任务报告并根据报告更新技术援助系统

Create mission reports and update Technical Assistance system accordingly.

·与经销商网络技术人员、技术援助工程师建立并维护良好关系

Establish and maintain a good relationship with network technicians,Technical support Engineer

· 提出培训需求，通过相关汽车培训巩固自我技术知识

Maintain his technical knowledge by expressing training needs and auto training

· 按照部门KPI开展工作

Handle job tasks in accordance with entity’s KPI

任职条件 Qualifications：

· 大学本科或同等学历,车辆工程相关专业;

Bachelor or equivalent degree, specialized in automotive

· 2年以上汽车行业工作经验，拥有良好技术背景。有欧洲汽车品牌售后经验者优先

At least two years’ experience in automotive

Proven technical skills

After sale experience of European car would be appreciated

· 熟练运用办公软件;

Correct computer skills

· 英语听说流利者优先

English communication would be appreciated
