职位描述/Position Description:

负责车身附件的本土化开发及管理工作.
Localization development and management of body accessories

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

1.零部件国产化 Parts Localization

2.车型改型 、改款开发和验证 Model change parts development and validation

3.量产零件优化 Parts optimization after Mass Production

4.设变实施 Engineering Change (ECR)

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1.机械设计/车辆工程本科以上学历

Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering.

2.两年以上车身附件设计开发经验

Minimum of 2 years design and development experience in body accessories component. (sunroof/lock/hinge/ window regulator etc.)

3.了解车身附件技术要求、规范、常见问题解决经验

Experience with body accessories component requirements/specifications, problem solving.

4.了解汽车车身附件零件的设计、制造、装配、整车的工艺等

Knowledge in auto body accessories component/subsystem design/manufacturing/assembly, and vehicle assembling，etc.

5.质量问题解决经验，如G8D， 5 WHY分析法等工具的运用

Experience in Quality problem solving such as Global 8D, 5 why, Etc.

6.熟练运用CAD, CATIA/UG

In-depth knowledge in CAD, CATIA/UG.

7.了解APQP流程，有AQF及Q3P管理经验优先考虑

Knowledge of APQP process, AQF, Q3P knowledge preferred

8.能够用普通话和英语熟练交流，通过大学英语四级,另会法语优先，

Good communication skills in Chinese and English, with CET-4,French is big plus.

9.能够熟练运用办公软件

Familiar with MS Office applications

10.良好的沟通能力

Good communication capacity
