职位描述/Position Description

1. 技术领域：条形锻造钢产品和挤压钢管

Technical Field: Bar forged steel products and drawn-out (extruded) steel tubes

2. 参与相关零部件的设计、开发、工艺每一个阶段的验证工作。

Participates in each phase of the parts design development, process validation.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

1. 验证确认条形钢，锻造件的完整的生产流程。

Validate the complete production path for bar steel, forged products

2. 保证与锻造钢和管刚核心团队的紧密联系

Ensure the relay with the forged and tube steel core competence teams

3．锻造件冶金技术方面：确保供应商所提供的热处理锻造制品的定义（恒温退火，冷却控制，退火，退火应力衰退，直冷）与PSA一致。

Forged product metallurgy：Ensure the definition of the thermal heat treatment process sheets for forged products (isothermal annealing, controlled cooling, globulization annealing, and stress relaxation annealing, direct cooling) produced by suppliers and with PSA.

4. 热处理：确保与PSA一起对供应商钣金材料热处理工艺进行验证（感应淬火，热力化学，淬火冷却和回火），保证供应商热处理件的冶金技术与PSA一致。

Thermal heat treatments: Ensure the validation of the thermal heat treatment process sheets (by induction hardening, thermo-chemical, standard quench and tempering) at suppliers and with PSA. Guarantee the metallurgical conformity of heat treated products at suppliers and within PSA.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1. 技能要求：熟悉条形钢产品和挤压钢管产品的生产流程；熟悉锻造产品冶金技术和热处理技术

Competence: Complete production path for bar steel products and drawn-out tubes; forged product metallurgy and thermal heat treatments

2. 工作经验：5年以上铸造行业的专业经验，铸造零件的设计或者铸造件的工业化和制造行业均可。有汽车行业供应商或主机厂工作经验优先。

Experiences: At least 5 years of professional experience in the foundry industry: either in the field of raw cast component design; or in the field of industrialisation and fabrication of foundry parts. It is preferable that the experience was obtained in the automotive industry, with a supplier or an OEM.

3. 语言要求：英语听说读写流利，能用英语组织会议及撰写报告。会法语者优先。

Languages: Ability to speak and to manage meetings in English and to write reports in English. The ability to speak French will be a real advantage

4. 其他技能：善于交流（口头和书面），能很好地安排自己的工作。

Behavioral Ability: Very good skills in communication (oral and written) and in managing working relationships.
