金属材料工程师Metal material engineer

(Foundry cast iron & Aluminum 钢与铝铸造)

职位描述/Position Description

保证本地供应商运用钢、铝铸造工艺所制造的底盘及动力总成零件的质量、强度。

Guarantee the quality and the robustness of the chassis and power-train components which are manufactured, using cast iron/aluminum foundry processes, by local suppliers.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

1. 参与扩大亚洲的钢、铝材铸造供应商的选点范围，作为识别和评审新的潜在供应商的参考。

He contributes to enlarging the panel of cast iron/aluminum foundry suppliers based in Asia that can be consulted by identifying and evaluating new potential companies,

2. 参与底盘及动力总成零件的设计，开发，和工艺验证的每一个阶段。

He participates in each phase of the design, the development and the process validation of the chassis and power-train components.

3. 与法国PSA的铸造专家交流信息，确保PSA的铸造标准及时更新和应用。与本地供应商一起总结亚洲的经验教训（包括合金和铸造工艺），帮助确保经验被PSA的材料和制造部门所重视。

Exchanges information with PSA’s foundry experts based in France, ensuring that PSA’s foundry standards are up-dated and applied. He also documents the experience that has been gained in Asia with the local suppliers (alloys and casting processes) and helps to ensure that the experience is capitalized by PSA’s Materials and Manufacturing Division.

4. 在供应商现场识别出产品开发以及之后的投产过程中所出现的的铸造问题的根本原因，并制定合适的行动计划来帮助供应商消除问题，建立高水平的铸造流程。

On the suppliers’ sites, he is able to identify the root causes of foundry problems that occur during either the development phase or during the serial production. He defines the appropriate plans of actions in order to assist the supplier in eliminating the problems and installing a robust capable foundry process.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1. 专业技能要求：资深铸造工程师Confirmed Foundry Engineer

2. 很好的铸造零件设计知识，包括应用最新的CAD软件和仿真技术（比如MAGMA）

Very good knowledge of cast component design, involving the use of latest CAD software and simulation technology (ex. Magma)

3. 工作经验：5--8年以上铸造行业的专业经验，铸造零件的设计或者铸造件的工业化和制造行业均可。有汽车行业供应商或主机厂工作经验优先。Experiences: At least 5—8 years of professional experience in the foundry industry: either in the field of raw cast component design; or in the field of industrialization and fabrication of foundry parts. It is preferable that the experience was obtained in the automotive industry, with a supplier or an OEM.

4. 语言要求：英语听说读写流利，能用英语组织会议及撰写报告。会法语者优先。

Languages: Ability to speak and to manage meetings in English and to write reports in English. The ability to speak French will be a real advantage

5. 其他技能：善于交流（口头和书面），能很好地安排自己的工作。

Behavioral Ability: Very good skills in communication (oral and written) and in managing working relationships.
