Position Description/职位描述:
Before Industrial Phase :Contribute by its studies to the validation of the architecture and the package. Take part in the analysis of vehicle system consistency and synthesis.
工业化之前：通过研究对总体结构及总布置进行验证。参与对整车系统一致性及综合性的分析。
After Industrial Phase : assure vehicle layout synthesis on production sites, during:
? major launches, from the industrial phase;
? mass production for changes in definitions (product changes, improvements in quality, technical savings).
工业化之后：确保生产现场整车布置综合性：
主投放期间，从工业化阶段开始；
批量生产期间，当有定义更改时（产品更改，质量改进，技术经济性）；

Main Responsibilities/主要职责：
Before Industrial Phase :工业化之后:
With the aid of CAD tools and physical means, carry out package study & make sure that digital mockup environment & its layout is up to date and complete.
借助CAD工具及实际模型，实施总布置分析。确保电子数模环境及其布置的完整实时。
Check package based on technical specification, summary diagram of jig (mountable), the after-sales constraint, the regulations and the requirements of vehicle overall performance.
基于技术说明，jig汇总表（可装配的），售后约束，法规及车辆整体性能要求，对车辆进行检查。
Share with the designers the studies carried out.
和设计人员共享研究成果。
He animates the meetings ‘zone’
推进会议“zone”.
He launches and manages the whole of physical model makings necessary.
必要的物理模型制作的推进和管理。

After Industrial Phase：工业化之后：
Ensure consistency of geometric definitions, by incorporating the constraints of mounting ability and removability.
考虑装配能力和车辆移动的约束，确保几何定义的一致性。
Ensure layout convergence by animating various technical team, industrial and after-sales departments.
协调各技术团队，工业化团队和售后部门，确保布置的技术符合性。
Ensure the implementation of the “CCP” standard (CCP = Critères de Construction des Parcours, Criteria for routings design).
确保CCP标准（管线路设计标准）的执行。
Design, build and operate the means of digital mockup and prototyping to validate the layout synthesis.
设计、创建并操作电子样车和物理样车来验证布置的综合有效性。
Provide the necessary skills and suggestionto solve quality problems in the field of layout synthesis.
提供必要的技巧及建议以解决生产现场的布置相关质量问题。
Develop skills, reference documents, and standards.
开发技能，制定参考文件及专业标准。


Qualifications/任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Engineer or Automotive related
本科以上或汽车相关专业
3 years above automotive working experience
3年以上汽车行业工作经验。
To know the tools of CAD (CATIA) for analysis of the static and dynamic assembly, create a part…
运用CAD（或CATIA）软件对静态和动态组装进行分析，构造零件。
An experiment in the car is appreciated.
有汽车试验经验者优先。
Good communication and good English requested.
具备良好的英语沟通能力。
