根据经销商网络技术人员报告的新技术故障问题，提出解决方案
Manage resolution of new technical problem reported by network’s technicians

向产品故障主管汇报
Report to Incidentology supervisor

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 根据设定的流程、目标和KPI，协助技术援助工程师解决新的技术故障问题
Coordinate resolution of new technical problems reported by technical support engineer according to procedures, objectives and KPI.

？ 对问题进行定性和定量分析，和质量部进行相关讨论。并根据研发部门提出的解决方法，向技术援助团队提供解决方案
Qualify and quantify the problem, discuss it with quality department. Follow the resolution by R&D department. Provide the solution to Technical Support

？ 提出技术援助知识数据库更新建议
Propose Technical Assistance’s knowledge database updates

？ 参与经销商技术会议和管理活动
Participate in network technical meetings and animations

？ 通过自我学习和提出并参与专用培训需求来确保自我技术知识的巩固和增进
Ensure his technical knowledge by autotraining and request of specific training needs

？ 确保业务的实施，向产品故障主管汇报
Ensure execution of activity and report to Incidentology supervisor.

？ 确保达到团队和KPI的相关目标
Ensure reaching entities target and KPI for his activity

任职条件 Qualifications：
? 国家教育部承认高等学力（车辆工程/机械/电气）
tertiary education (automotive engineering / mechanical / electrical) or equivalent admitted by National Education Administration
? 2年以上汽车售后服务工作经验
At least two years’ experience in automotive aftersales
? 技术熟练
Proven technical skills
? 有欧洲品牌汽车售后工作经验者优先
After sale experience of European car would be appreciated
? 熟练运用办公软件;
Correct computer skills
? 英语听说流利;
English communication would be appreciated

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
