Responsible for MBOM management and maintenance
负责MBOM的管理及维护

Position Description/职位描述 :
Assure the realization of CAPSA Super BOM in PDM and MBOM in ERP system, based on EBOM documentations and MBOM documentations from PSA IT system.
基于PSA IT系统中的EBOM及MBOM文件，确保PDM中CAPSA超级BOM和ERP系统中MBOM的有效实现。
Take the lead of product-process evolution, until its physical application on line with all CAPSA and PSA departments related, assuring the objective of cost, timing, quality defined by vehicle project and serial life manager,
与CAPSA及PSA相关部门共同牵头产品工艺的演进，直至产品的上线实际应用以确保整车项目和量产经理制定的成本、时间及质量目标。
Assure the MBOM interface between PDM and ERP to meet the needs for manufacturing;
确保PDM和ERP之间MBOM界面接口的正常运行以满足生产需要。

Qualifications/任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Engineer or Automotive related
？本科以上或汽车相关专业
3 years above automotive working experience
？3年以上汽车行业工作经验。
Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior.
？良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力
Knowledge in IT and office.
？ 基本的计算机及办公软件知识
Fluent English skills is required，CET-4 is must.
？良好的英文能力,通过英语四级

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
