Responsible for management and maintenance of EBOM.

Position Description/职位描述
Responsible for realization of CAPSA EBOM, based on PSA technical data and CAPSA digital mock-up.
基于PSA技术数据及CAPSA 电子样车，负责搭建CAPSA EBOM；
Coordinate each zone technical manager to maintain EBOM.
协调各区域技术经理维护EBOM信息；
Assume the complete definition of EBOM of each event in the lifecycle of a car.
承担整车生命周期中各事件EBOM的完整定义。
Ensure high performance of the interface between EBOM and MBOM
确保EBOM与MBOM接口的高效运行。
Based on PSA and CAPSA data management systems, lead management of CAPSA data officialisation & distribution.
基于PSA和CAPSA的数据管理系统，牵头管理CAPSA数据的发放与正式化。
Ensure the operating mode of development, validation in CAPSA is compliance with IT and PSA modes.
确保CAPSA的开发过程与IT及PSA的数据模式相符。
Assume the distribution of EBOM and concerned study documentations to other departments.
负责向其他部门发放EBOM及相关文件。


Qualifications/任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Engineer or Automotive related.
？本科以上或汽车相关专业。
3 years above automotive working experience.
？3年以上汽车行业工作经验。
Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior.
？良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力。
knowledge in IT and office.
？基本的计算机及办公软件知识。
Fluent English skills is required，CET-4 is must.
？良好的英文能力,通过英语四级。

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
