负责技术援助、技术文件分析处理和召回活动的管理

向服务技术经理汇报

Report to Service Technlology Manager

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 根据设定目标和KPI，负责组织和管理对经销商网络的技术援助

Manage technical assistance to dealer network according to objectives set and KPI

？ 负责改进技术援助知识数据库

Responsible for Technical Assistance’s knowledge database improvement

？ 对新事故进行分析,向质量部门提供有效信息,以便其制定解决方案,改善整车质量

Responsible for new incidents analysis, bringing useful information to quality department to implement solutions and improve vehicle quality

？ 通过规划技术信息会议推动经销商网络建设，及时发现其售后技术人员的不足

Animate the network by planning technical information meetings and detecting the technical weakness of his aftersales network’s technicians.

？ 发起并管理产品召回和产品质量相关活动
Manage launch and administration of recalls and quality campaigns

？ 监控活动实施情况，汇报给服务技术经理

Monitor execution of activity and report to Service Technology Manager.

？ 确保达到团队和KPI目标

Ensure reaching entities target and KPI

？ 确保售后文件和资料的更新

Ensure maintenance and update of aftersales documentation.

任职条件 Qualifications：

· 大学本科或同等学历,车辆工程、管理专业等相关专业;

Bachelor or equivalent degree, specialized in automotive engineering or management

· 至少5年汽车售后服务工作经验

At least 5 years experience in automotive Aftersales

· 有良好的客服和成本管理意识

Awareness of customer services and costs

· 至少3年实际管理经验

At least three years’ experience in management

· 熟练运用办公软件

Good computer skills

· 能够用英语交流和工作

Ability to speak English immediatly
