职位描述/Job description:
? 负责执委成员的日常事务、办公室事务和行政事务。
Executive assistant should be responsible for daily affairs, office work and administrative work of EC.

主要职责/Main Responsibility:
? 会务、日程安排及接待，并准备收集会务资料
Arrange schedule, conference room, reception and other related activities, and prepare & collect meeting documents.
? 协调EC分管部门的事务
? Coordinate the business of departments under the charge of EC.
? 接收及分发EC成员的文件等
Receive and distribute documents for EC.
? 参加EC主持的会议，在需要时为其进行翻译
Attend meetings held by EC, provide interpretation if needed.
? 协助EC管理资料、文档，完成EC成员所交代的事务及EC相关事务
Assist EC to manage documents and fulfill the tasks given by EC, as well as other related affairs.
? 传达并追踪EC指示
Cascade and follow up EC direction
? EC成员外出时为其安排车辆，以及预订机票、酒店事宜
Arrange cars, and book air tickets & hotels for EC member when they go out.


任职条件/qualifications:
? 具有较强的英汉写作能力
Good at writing in English & Chinese
? 良好的英语、汉语沟通技巧， 通过英语六级
Good Chinese and English communication skill,pass CET-6
? 较强的协作、协调能力
Good cooperation & coordination skills
? 具有极强的责任心和团队精神
Strong responsibility and team-work spirit.
