职位描述/Position Description：
办理公司各类、关联各级政府管理部门、需政府审批的公司事务
Responsible for various corporate affairs that relate to different government levels or need government approval

主要职责/Major Responsibility：
? 建立、发展政府关系网络，并进行日常维护；
Establish and develop government relationship network and maintain it on daily basis;
? 与各政府管理部门保持良好的沟通渠道，随时协调公司与政府的关系
Maintain a good communication channel with each government administrative department and coordinate on the relationship between company and the government;
? 约定公司政府事务例会的时间、地点及参加人员
Arrange time, place and participants for the regular meeting of government affairs
? 记录政府事务例会内容，每次政府事务例会后24小时内做出会议纪要
Take note of the regular meeting content and develop meeting minutes for it within 24 hours after the meeting;
? 跟踪政府事务例会所讨论的项目进度，确保各项目按既定时间向前推进；Follow up issue status discussed in the government affairs regular meeting to ensure all issues are on schedule;
? 收集、分析相关政府政策信息，及时报告公司
Collect and analyze related government policy and report to the company in time;
? 对公司各职能部门所提出的政府事务支持项目，提供帮助
Assist other functional department, who asks for support from government affair department;
? 负责接待政府官员来公司的参观、视察及调研工作，制定详细的日程安排
Responsible for receiving government officials, who come to visit, inspect and investigate in our company and develop detailed agenda;
? 负责联络、约定公司高管与政府高层的会晤，包括时间、地点及参加人员
Responsible for liaison and arranging meeting (including time, place and participants) between company senior management and high-level officials from the government;
? 对三方母公司的来访高管，提供VIP礼遇
Provide VIP courteous reception for the visit of senior management from three parent
companies;
? 处理其他有关政府事务及对外交往事务
Other government related affairs and external affairs
任职条件/Qualification：
? 大学本科学历、企业管理系学历优先
University graduate, preferably in business administration
? 3年以上相关工作经验
3 years plus experience in directly related fields
? 具有良好的沟通能力及公文撰写能力
Professional communication skill set, incl. interpersonal, good official document writing ability,
? 对汽车行业有所了解
Basic knowledge about automotive
? 诚信，可靠，具有创新精神，愿意挑战新事务
Drive for result, accountability, integrity, innovative,.
? 能够熟练使用微软办公软件，WORD,EXCEL,PPT处理能力强，处理效率高。
Good command of Excel ，WORD,PPT
? 掌握英语技能，通过大学英语四级,流利的英语口语表达能力，及良好的英语写作能力
Mastery of English，pass CET-4，with fluent oral English , good writing ability
