职位描述 / Position Description：

负责处理经销商技术人员提出的技术援助需求
Manage Technical Assistance requests from dealers’s technicians
向产品故障主管汇报
Report to Incidentology supervisor

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 根据设定的流程、目标和KPI，处理对经销商网络的技术援助
Handle technical assistance requests from dealer network according to procedures, objectives and KPI
？ 提出技术援助知识数据库改进建议
Propose Technical Assistance’s knowledge database improvement
？ 及时发现经销商网络技术人员的不足，汇报给产品故障主管
detect technical weakness in the aftersales network and feedback it to Incidentology supervisor.
？ 参与经销商技术会议和管理
Participate in network technical meetings and animations
？ 通过自我学习和提出并参与专用培训需求来确保自我技术知识的巩固和增进
Ensure his technical knowledge by autotraining and request of specific training needs
？ 确保业务正常实施，汇报给产品故障主管
Ensure execution of activity and report to Incidentology supervisor.
？ 确保达到团队和KPI的相关目标
Ensure reaching entities target and KPI for his activity

任职条件 Qualifications：
? 国家教育部承认高等学力（车辆工程/机械/电气）
tertiary education (automotive engineering / mechanical / electrical) or equivalent admitted by National Education Administration
? 2年以上汽车售后服务工作经验
At least two years’ experience in automotive aftersales
? 技术熟练
Proven technical skills
? 有欧洲品牌汽车售后工作经验者优先
After sale experience of European car would be appreciated
? 熟练运用办公软件;
Correct computer skills
? 英语听说流利者优先;
English communication would be appreciated

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
