职位描述/Position Description: 负责部门招聘工作 In charge of recruitment. 主要职责/Main Responsibilities： 1、 负责业务部门组织架构、招聘计划、职务说明书的更新和梳理； Improving the job of O-Chart description, recruiting plan and job descriptions of business units. 2、 参与项目招聘工作（如校园招聘、专场招聘、猎头招聘）； Organizing and taking part in recruiting activities like campus recruitment, job fairs and job hunter communication. 3、 拓展招聘渠道及跟进招聘有效性的评估； Extending the recruiting channels and following the effectiveness of recruitment. 4、 及时发布招聘信息，完成简历的筛选及初步面试工作； Releasing position vacancies timely and completing CV screening and interview arrangement. 5、 定期汇报招聘状况，确保招骋工作的有效性； Summarizing recruitment progress regularly and evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment. 6、 协助制定、完善与招聘工作有关的流程、程序、规章和规范。 Formulating and improving recruitment process and regulation. 7、 完成招聘主管安排的其他工作； Finishing the job asked by supervisor of recruitment. 任职要求/ Qualifications： 1、 大学本科及以上学历，3年及以上招聘工作经验；英语流利能够作为工作语言，四级以上； Bachelor degree or above. Minimum 3 years working experience. CET-4 or above and English can be taken as working language. 2、 熟悉各种招聘模式和渠道，丰富的招聘经验和技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规； Be familiar with recruiting modules, channels and national labor and related policies. Candidates equipping with outstanding recruiting experience and skills are preferred. 3、 有项目招聘或汽车行业招聘经验者优先考虑 Candidates with recruiting experience in automobile industry are preferred. 4、 熟悉计算机操作办公软件及相关的人事管理软件； Good skill in office software and related HR management software. 5、 性格外向，具备良好的亲和力，优秀的语言表达能力、沟通协调能力和良好的职业道德及团队合作意识，能承受较大的工作压力； Characteristics like easygoing, extroversive, excellent communication skill and team work spirit are preferred.
