职位描述/Position Description
? 负责管理薪资福利相关的日常工作，参与公司薪资福利项目的计划和实施。
Responsible for the total management of daily C&B work, take part in the C&B related programs' planning and execution.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：
? 员工考勤及薪资支持数据的管理
Supervise Timekeeping and payroll administration.
? 员工社保及住房公积金的操作管理
Operation and management of social insurance and housing fund
? 执行公司员工福利体系及绩效考核体系，并实时提出改进意见
Develop/Maintain a competitive benefits system in the company and performance evaluation system, provide improvement advice
? 协助国际支持雇员的日常考勤、休假等方面的工作管理
Supervise the international support employee management regarding the timekeeping and leave
? 保持公司和政府相关部门的良好关系
Maintain and acquire adequate support from relevant government offices.
? 建立并维护员工薪酬档案
Develop/Maintain Employees’ compensation files.

任职条件 / Specialist Qualifications:
? 本科以上学历，统计学或心理学专业优先
Bachelor and above, preference of statistics or psychology major
? 1-2年以上合资企业人力资源工作经验
1 or 2 years Human Resources experience with multinational companies
? 良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力及数据处理能力，工作细心、认真负责
Quick learning, communication, coordination and statistics analysis skills, attentive and sense of responsibility
? 熟悉劳动法及地方法律法规
Be familiar with labor law and regulation
? 良好的英文听说读写能力,通过大学英语六级
Good English language skills - written, spoken and reading，pass CET-6

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
