负责召回活动的需求提出、公告和跟进
Manage requests, publication and follow up of recall campaigns

向产品故障主管汇报
Report to Incidentology supervisor

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 和质量部建立和维持良好关系。参与母公司或合资公司提出的召回需求文档的建立
Set up and maintain an efficient relation with quality department. Participate in the construction of the file to request launch of a recall campaign from mother company or from JV

？ 准备和发起经销商网络召回活动。确保所需备件的库存充足，准备相关公告
Prepare and launch recall campaign in the network. Ensure required parts stock and availability, prepare associated bulletin.

？ 向服务和备件部发送报告和提醒，确保活动到达预期目标
Send reports and reminder to the Service&Spare parts Department to ensure campaign realization acoording to targets.

？ 根据服务技术经理的要求，处理所有与法律法规相关的问题
Handle all questions related to laws and regulations according to Service Technology Manager request

？ 通过自我学习和提出并参与专用培训需求来确保自我技术知识的巩固和增进
Ensure his technical knowledge by autotraining and request of specific training needs

任职条件 Qualifications：

? 国家教育部承认高等学力（车辆工程/机械/电气）
tertiary education (automotive engineering / mechanical / electrical) or equivalent admitted by National Education Administration

? 2年以上汽车或法律行业工作经验
At least two years’ experience in automotive aftersales or law


? 有欧洲品牌汽车售后工作经验者优先
After sale experience of European car would be appreciated
? 熟练运用办公软件;
Correct computer skills
? 英语听说流利者优先;
English communication would be appreciated

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
