Depends hierarchically on Warranty supervisor

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 从其他部门如研发、质量部等获取相关质保信息
Retrieve warranty information from other entities: R&D, quality…

？ 根据车辆变化幅度、质保期内汽车保有量、质量改进等方面，建立并确保落实质保预算年审核机制
Establish and ensure validation of yearly warranty budget according to evolutions of the vehicule range, car park, quality improvements…

？ 确保质保预算的季度评估
Ensure quaterly budget reevaluations

？ 按照质保预算和质保政策，分析质保费用和监控经销商网络质保费用支出情况
Analyze warranty costs and monitor network expenditure in accordance with warranty budget and warranty policy .

？ 提供经销商网络质保业务报告给售后团队，并提供相关详细分析
Provide reporting of network warranty activity to central entities. Provide associated detailled analyze.

？ 提出质保系统改进建议
Propose evolution of warranty system

？ 检查经销商网络中质保方面的不足之处，并将它报告给质保主管
Detect warranty abnormaly in the network and report it to warranty supervisor

任职条件 Qualifications：

? 大学本科或同等学历,车辆工程或审计专业;
Bachelor or equivalent degree, specialized in automotive or finance
? 2年以上汽车行业工作经验，包括质保方面工作经验，或者两年财务审计经验
At least two years’ experience in automotive including warranty experience. Or two years’ experience in financial company
? 熟练运用办公软件
Correct computer skills
? 英语口语良好者优先
Correct level of English will be appreciated

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
