负责管理质保团队

Manage warranty team

服务技术经理分管

Depends hierarchically on Service Technology Manager

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 定义、撰写、更新和落实质保政策

Define, write, update and ensure validation of Warranty Policy

？ 根据车辆变化幅度、仍在保质期汽车保有量和质量改进等情况，负责年度质保预算的制定

Responsible for yearly warranty budget calculation according to evolutions of the vehicule range, number of cars covered by contractual warranty, quality improvements…

？ 确保质保预算季度评估

Ensure quaterly budget reevaluations

？ 按照质保预算和质保政策，控制质保费用感和监控经销商网络质保支出

Control warranty costs and monitor network expenditure in accordance with warranty budget and warranty policy .

？ 向售后团队提供经销商网络质保业务报告

Provide reporting of network warranty activity to central entities.

？ 控制质保系统参数

Control parameters of warranty system

？ 管理旧件回运中心

Manage functions and administration of the parts return centre

？ 监控活动的执行情况并向服务技术经理报告

Monitor execution of activity and report to Service Technology Manager

？ 监控售后服务点的审核并确保其遵循相关程序及政策

Monitor audits of the aftersales service points to ensure respect of procedures and policies

？ 及时发现经销商网络在质保问题上的不足，向服务技术经理报告培训需求。

Detect warranty knowledge weakness in the network and report training needs to Service Technology manager

任职条件 Qualifications：

· 大学本科或同等学历,车辆工程、管理专业等相关专业;

Bachelor or equivalent degree, specialized in automotive engineering or management

· 5年以上汽车售后服务工作经验，包括质保方面工作经验

At least five years’ experience in automotive aftersales, (technician, supervisor)

including warranty experience.

· 2年以上实际管理工作经验;

At least two years’ experience in management

· 熟练运用办公软件;

Good computer skills

· 能够用英语交流和工作

Ability to work in English immediately
