职位描述
工作职责：
1、维护公司淘宝旗舰店，发布公司商品信息；
2、接受顾客咨询，网上接单，处理订单，处理售后问题；
3、负责淘宝旗舰店的销售事项，与客户在线沟通，引导客户完成购物流程；
4、与团队保持良好的信息互通，协助公司完成特殊定单的处理；
5、及时更新产品信息，将客户信息反馈给公司管理人员；
6、参与支持协助公司的其它工作。

任职要求：
1、熟悉淘宝网，有经营过淘宝网店者修先录用；
2、熟悉淘宝网操作流程，会修改价格及运费，会在淘宝网上发布和修改商品信息；
3、能处理简单的商品售前咨询及售后服务工作，不与顾客发生冲突，不搪塞推脱；
4、熟悉网络操作、熟练使用办公软件；
5、学习能力强，有进取心，虚心好学；
6、对GPS导航系统，MID平板电脑产品熟悉者优先；
