职位描述

The business foucus on:

Responsibility:
Sales
Pursue opportunities for NPS product sales within all channels.
Promote sales of NPS products within the defined territory stated above.
Meet or exceed annual sales goals while remaining within expense budget guidelines.
Manage all channels and relationships in territory to ensure that sales goals are met.
Visit accounts to win business, forge relationships, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and make presentations as necessary.
Develop new customers base directly or through appointed distributors while continue to maintain good relation & rapport with existing customers.
Provide Monthly Forecast Demand to factory, and inform Planner immediately when there is a change in demand.
Set sales targets for area of responsibilities.
Assisting appointed distributors with necessary marketing tools, product knowledge & sales strategies to enable them to present our product confidently to potential customers.
To provide technical support to the distributors and customers when required. Seek assistance from Engineering Department if necessary, but remain the main point of contact with the customers.
To prepare costing and provide quotation & proposal drawing when necessary upon receiving the request from the customers.
Participate in the evaluation of the internal sales personnel.

Marketing
Product management involving the technical and commercial issues that will directly affect the sales and marketing of the NPS products.
To be familiar with all the technical aspects of the products offered by the company especially with regard to details that will affect our product offering.
To define and support product lines which ensure profitability growth through the lifecycle.
To define products which meet cost, performance and manufacturability objectives.
To manage the transition to the new product lines and reduce the inventory cost on the old products.
To evaluate requests for custom products, prepare Product Authorization for Development (PAD) document and acts as a technical liaison between Sales, Operation and Engineering with respect to special or custom requirements.
To review correctness and feasibility of product specifications with the relevant departments.
To participate in new product planning meetings and direct new product design and development per operating plan.
To analyze gross margins of product lines and minimize cost through working with engineering, operations and vendors as required.
To makes strategic recommendations during product planning stages: New Product Introduction, General Availability (GA), Limited Availability (LA), End-of-Life (EOL) announcement and Discontinued Availability (DA).
To prepare appropriate sales tools to support sales and customers: Pricelists, Presentations, Competitive analysis and etc
To review sales forecasts and drive appropriate behaviors in the supply chain while minimizing obsolete & excess inventories and positioning stocks for NPI.
To support RFQ's, RFI's and quotations proposals with drawings, compliance statements, technical queries, product descriptions and etc.
To advise CSR in new Sales Order processing by breaking down the Sales order lines, and provide the Unit price.
To create the ATO config file for Engineering to generate a new ATO PN# required in the New Config Sales Order.
Ensure compliance with guidelines from marketing on pricing, escalate price per pricing/margin policies.
Review and provide detailed feedback to engineering on product documentation including manuals, quick install guides or similar product based documentation.
Administrative
Liaise with all departments to ensure company activities conform to the quality requirements specified in the Quality Policy and Quality Manual.
Ensure that activities within the Marketing Department are carried in conformance with relevant work Instructions and to investigate deficiencies and implement corrective action.
Qualifications:
? At least 3yrs as an engineer in the relevant field.
? Knowledge of the Network Power Systems in the Telecommunication Industry will be preferred.
? Able to work with a team with different cultural background.

? An effective communicator with excellent technical knowledge and a good commercial sense.
? Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
? Performs multiple tasks simultaneously and meet frequent deadlines.
? Possesses excellent presentation and writing skills.
? Strong problem solving skills.
? Possess long-and short-term planning skills.
? Detail-oriented.
? Ability to work on Oracle.
? Training on NPS Product.
? Training on Pricing Structure.
? Understanding the Production Capabilities.
? Training on Technical Details in a Power Solution.
? Training on the use of Oracle.
