Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and smooth import and export process to meet internal and external customer's expectation;

2. Utilize the proper system to make accurate shipping document and support customer solve the logistics issue when needed;

3. Develop appropriate process and SOP with internal team and external logistics service provider to ensure efficient operation and comply with related regulation;

4. Participate in design, develop and optimize the logistics solutions to support business strategies;

5. Identify the gap in logistics process for improvement and champion the continuous improvement project;

6. Analyze logistics data to provide improve solution to related business team on cost and efficiency;

7. Manage logistics service provider and agent properly to ensure service and cost is competitive.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in international trade or logistics;

2. + 5 years experience in manufacture logistics and familiar with regulation of China customs and CIQ;

3. Solid project management experience;

4. Capable to cooperate and work in an diverse & international environment;

5. Excellent communication skill;

6. Strong analysis capability ;

7. open minded & self-motivated;

8. leadership experience is preferred;

9. Fluent oral English and written English.
